Learn to Row

Home > Atomic Programs > Learn to Row

Learning to row is always life enhancing and often life changing.  Our rowing programs are bolstered by the energy of our new rower contigent. One special aspect of taking on this sport – whether you are a youth or adult learner – is the fact that we teach you from *step 1*.

Unique elements of rowing include being outside (on the water!), challenging yourself mentally and physically, and coordinating with boatmates on multiple levels.

Because you are not expected to have any past experience in rowing, our instruction offers the learner a clean slate and true opportunity for participation in what many refer to as the Ultimate Team Sport!
