Atomic Juniors-Development is for youth aged 13-16 who are new to the sport of rowing. No experience is necessary!

Atomic Development coaches teach rowing fundamentals, training principles, and encourage the development of good habits while preparing our new rowers for eventual participation with Atomic Varsity. The Development group learns at their own pace with teammates who are also new to the sport while accumulating rowing skill that will prepare them to race in the spring! Development practices 3 days per week in the fall, and 4 days per week in the spring.  Spring Season includes opportunities to race with teammates and represent Atomic Rowing on the water!
