Vendors & Sponsors

ORRA will accept applications on a per-regatta basis throughout the year.  All vendor applications will be posted here. Potential vendors are asked to carefully read the terms and conditions of the vendor contract, as the Rules and Regulations for individual Regattas may differ due to the needs of the hosting organization, or the structure of the event.

Regattas include both practice and race days. Vendors may arrive, set up, and conduct business on regatta practice days without fee, noting that participation on practice days may be heavily restricted for the athletes, and will have substantially lower volume.
 
2024 Southeastern Intercollegiate Rowing Association (SIRA) Championships – 2 Race Days

Oak Ridge Rowing Association is hosting the 2024 SIRA Championships on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Friday April 19th is a designated practice day. The event will take place Saturday April 20th and Sunday April 21st. Racing will conclude early in the afternoon on Sunday.

Athlete Type: Collegiate     Athlete Number: 1,200 (estimated)     Spectators: 500 per day (estimated)

2024 Dogwood Juniors Championships Regatta – 2 Days

Oak Ridge Rowing Association is hosting the 2024 Dogwood Juniors Championships on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Friday April 26th is a designated practice day. The event will take place Saturday April 27th and Sunday April 28th.

Athlete Type: High School / Youth     Athlete Number: 1,500  (estimated)     Spectators: 500 per day (estimated)

2024  American Collegiate Rowing Association (ACRA) National Championships – 3 Days
Oak Ridge Rowing Association is hosting the 2024 ACRA Championships on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Thursday May 16th is a designated practice day. The event will take place Friday May 17th through Sunday May 19th.

2024  Dogwood Masters Regatta – 1 Day

Oak Ridge Rowing Association is hosting the 2024 Dogwood Masters Regatta on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn.  Friday May 31st is a designated practice day. The event will take place Saturday June 1st.

Oak Ridge Rowing Association is hosting the 2024 Secret City Head Race on Melton Lake in Oak Ridge, Tenn. The event will take place Saturday Oct 12th and Sunday Oct 13th.
